The intent was to have / act as a quick filter on the list (just by sender name/email or title).
Does / bring up a menu or do you just use special keywords in your search like /news date:asc?
No menu. Slash just searches for whatever you type. It is up to you to add keywords like subject:xyz. Claws though will default search on to:, from:, subject:, cc, unless you add a keyword.
This got confused with #10.
Sorting should just be a simple ascending/descending on the different headers by clicking on them or CLI. No need to sort by multiple columns.
It would be nice to support and remember different sort orders for different folders.
