look into Remark42 and isso (Ich schrei sonst) for adding comments and questions to articles.
$\LaTeX{}$ is critical though, so the ideal solution is one that makes this as painless as possible. The ideal solution would be something like what remark42 has with inserting markdown elements but for annuities, integrals, etc.
