Suppose the following occurs:

Saskatoon has service ending for a route on 4/24, new service starting 4/25. One of the routes for 4/24 ends at 1:05 AM on 4/25 (25:05).

Then if you checked at 12:35 AM on 4/25, you would only have the new routes, not the old ones.

Although an edge case, to be 100% accurate it should be covered.

Corollary: What if C-Bus/Saskatoon/etc. has this scenario, but the new route is in a new .zip file? May need to be able to handle route info from more than one at a time.
