The Help files are out of date and need updating, to cover more recent features (particularly concerning the Map and Settings). Also need formatting updates now that they (usually) will be viewed online and with a capable HTML renderer instead of one from 1996.

This doesn't include building Help out for all the tabs. That should be done, but I'll likely break that out into separate tasks because otherwise it becomes very extensive. Also the Help tasks in general can be community contributions.

It can include linking to CFC (in online help) for areas where someone has already explained a concept well, and it makes more sense to link to that description than to explain it again.
