Currently there is rudimentary code for having the Help direct you to a page useful for what you are currently viewing, rather than the help home page. However, it has a couple issues:

• It only works with offline help
• It only sometimes works even with offline help
• It only works for one page (custom civ colors, which is admittedly a good example of where it can help)
• It never resets to the main page after loading the custom civ color page

These should all be addressed to make Help more helpful.
