If the scenario open directory is set to a directory that does not exist, then File -> Open will hang the program. This appears to be since 1.17, and the switch to JavaFX dialogs for most file IO items.
I noticed this due to copying from my desktop. It's unlikely to occur in real world use, though could due to errors in selecting the install directory, or similar copy-across-machines scenario. I've verified that it's the folder not existing, and not the drive not been accessible as was the case initially (CD drive that was open).
