[nixos-config] Import my current NixOS config into centralized repo

#About this issue

There's a repo exists (currently in GitLab SaaS as of time of writing), but unused for over a year, but I started to do NixOS stuff on the laptop with hostname badtimeswithscar (internally ajhalili2006-win10-hp on Tailscale for dual-booters) and I plan on officially version them via Git.

Now imported under ~ajhalili2006-experiments' namespace as https://git.sr.ht/~ajhalili2006-experiments/nixos-configs. Will update the README and then some before doing the chores.

This is being in the works in the form of the global devbox config in my home directory, but currently this is on the back burner for now due to school, obviously.
