saving bridged (full) plugins does not save their settings

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create new project
  2. Drag Helm/Zynfusion VST
  3. Change Preset
  4. Save project
  5. Close Zrythm
  6. Run Zrythm
  7. Open project
  8. Plugin (Helm/Zynfusion) have default settings

the issue is that zrythm is not notified when a port changes so the value is stale inside zrythm, and that stale value is used when saving
