[native LV2] Re-opening Vitalium LV2 GUI crashes zrythm

Steps to reproduce:

  • Add Vitalium track
  • Close Vitalium GUI
  • Re-open Vitalium GUI using "show instrument" button on timeline
  • GUI does not open, zrythm freezes and has to be manually killed.
