I'd like to be able to easily deploy the Portfolio application. These days that means creating a Docker image.

I've created an initial dockerfile but there is more work to do;

• Only include the pf_app in the docker image, not the rest of the files
• Package with a proper web server and not the default Flask server
• Work out how to pass in environment variables - related to #6
