Update: I'm guessing this was some permissions error. I had copied the data over from another computer, where I had generated the config and all that. Once I deleted that and re-generated the config on the machine it would be hosted on, it worked perfectly.

I'm on a new install, and no matter where I go on the site, all I get is "Internal Server Error". Not even any explainer text or formatting, just "Internal Server Error".
