#4 Clarify the pronunciation of don't 4 years ago

It is not clear from the documentation what the correct pronunciation of don't actually is, with the obvious choice being do-ent(duːnt), but I feel that native English speakers might mistake don't for the English word don't (dəʊnt). Please update the readme and haddocks to reflect the appropriate choice.

I would also like to propose an alias duːnt to remove all ambiguity.
