~cadence/tube#14: 
Support video autoplay with URL parameter

Invidious (and YouTube) supports appending &autoplay=1 to a video URL so it's played as soon as the web page loads.

For example https://invidio.us/watch?v=aqz-KE-bpKQ&autoplay=1

Privacy Redirect implements this as an option.

Also, the Invidious button/link should not strip this parameter (as seen here for example).
