This is already the case for nicks in the right-hand side member panel, but not yet for nicks in the main message timeline panel.

I'm not sure if I want to add it there, because sometimes you might be looking at previous messages of people that are now away, and you might end up with pages of messages with nicks that are all greyed out; which make it harder to differentiate between nicks.

Maybe I can add this only for when you disable multicolored nicknames, since all nicks would already all be the same color, so you wouldn't lose information.

Maybe away status can be indicated with italic or bold text?
