Support easily copying a message range

Copying multiple messages is difficult right now because of the formatting and columns.

We should make it easy to copy messages. Ideas:

Copy to the clipboard from senpai (eg https://github.com/Consolatis/senpai/pull/1)
"Bare-display" mode like weechat does https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/114273/how-do-i-temporarily-make-weechats-message-area-full-width-like-irssi/116015#116015 https://weechat.org/files/doc/stable/weechat_user.en.html#bare_display (thanks to triallax)
