When echo-message is requested, senpai waits for the server to send back messages from the user before displaying them.

It would be nice to:

1. Show a placeholder before senpai receives the echo
2. Add a command to retry sending the message if senpai goes offline before the echo is received
3. Add another command to cancel the message

This feature requires the labeled-reponse cap to keep track of echoes.
