#36 Make demo.org read only 10 months ago

I use straight to install org-fc and use-package to configure it. If I open the demo file and inadvertently edit it I create a dirty worktree even if undo the accidental edits. straight then warns about this dirty worktree when updating my straight lockfile. Would it be possible to make the demo file read only?
