Build failure on Fedora 29

after installing the dependencies as specified, on Fedora 29 for both the hello and gophers apps I get build errors:

Thank you. Installing the mesa-libGLES-devel package should fix it. I've added that (and my guess at the Ubuntu equivalent) to the README.
