Cannot switch between push providers

  1. Install UnifiedPush, start Goguma
  2. Goguma sets up UnifiedPush notifications
  3. Install Google Play Services, restart Goguma
  4. Goguma initializes Google Play Services but skips UnifiedPush (thus push notifications are no-ops)
