Considering designing a protocol to let the reverse proxy communicate with the backend.

This could be done with an ALPN protocol indicated via a PROXY header.

This could be useful for a number of purposes:

• Health checks.
• Let the backend indicate which names it manages. This would remove the need to configure those in tlstunnel.
• Let the backend indicate which ALPN protocols it handles.
