Uncaught error when kak-tree-sitter tries to disable built-in highlighter

enabling kak-tree-sitter on a filetype that has no associated highlighter will try unconditionally remove it resulting in uncaught error.

error running hook WinSetOption(tree_sitter_lang=nu)/tree-sitter: 5:18: 'remove-highlighter': no such id: 'nu'
