Add script for taking a picture with the camera & scanning a QR code. Should be doable via libcamera and postprocessd, with the switch to pipewire being a prerequesite. Source of megapixels and their testing utility can be used to debug routing needed, but the goal is for the scripts to use libcamera and postprocessd.

Similar to f_phone, all camera functionality should be added into one script
