the Proton() method should be generalized, and a wine-binary command or similar created to allow for installing other binary wine packages (e.g. wine-ge-custom or Lutris wine builds).
This should also add a config field such as WineBinary which would autoselect things like WineExe and etc.
Implemented by simply replacing proton support with GE wine support.
