Should be a full-blown bookmark editor in GTK similar to the one in elinks and keditbookmarks, probably done in it's own repository so others can use it without also pulling badwolf in.

Must at least support:

• Listing
• Adding/Editing/Removing bookmarks
• Adding/Editing/Removing folders

Design:

• Folders should be present on a sidebar, sorted as they are in the XML file

Should support:

• XInclude (probably going to be a bit tricky)
• Moving folders and bookmarks up/down, with automatic sorting
• Editing tags (needs standardization in XBEL)
• Editing search-keyword (needs standardization in XBEL)
