Post an embed with metadata of the piece of media (track or album) from Last.fm, including basic information, tags, artwork, and alternative media links.
Soundcloud URIs would also benefit from this, but it's less likely that an artist will be listed due to it being a platform for non-name bedroom producers. YouTube should probably be considered, but there's complications there since they host more than music. Would have to only trigger when the upload is of the Music category. Neither of these are important to include with the work output of this issue.
