Some galleries have a very high tag count (example). Handle them differently such that this edge case doesn't cause an exception.

Possible fix would be to separate male and female namespaced tags into their own fields. Preferably, the fix wouldn't involve arbitrary truncation.

eHentai has the concept of tag votes, and tag prominence as a result, but this isn't exposed by their API. If we could use that, truncation/filtering may be appropriate, though that itself would have an edge case for new galleries for which all tags are fresh.
