Code cleanup

  • Move functions in cabling_bot/utils.py into cabling_bot/utils/ e.g. split_embeds into utils/embeds.py
  • Move hewwo function from cabling_bot/main.py into cabling_bot/cmds/fun.py
  • Move on_thread_join event from cabling_bot/main.py into cabling_bot/events/threads.py
  • Add type annotations throughout commands and events definitions
