Include this thing as system service w/o user login in NixOS

As Luzifer is some old HP ProBook that simply Prometheus' and Grafanas throughout the day, I need to make this build (see #3) up and running at every (re)boot.

Seems to work but there is an issue with the assumption I could comma-separate the URLs. Will require another ticket.
