#24 Formatting issues with fixed gutter column 2 years ago

I have signcolumn, foldcolumn, and numberwidth set to a fixed size. This throws off the formatting of diagnostics. I attached a screenshot below.

I think those values need to be added to consideration when calculating the offsets of the diagnostic lines.
