i want an ephemeral admittance interview channel for each new join that is archived after conclusion of the interview:

1. on new user join, role is applied to a user, a channel gets created in a certain category with a certain role applied to it
2. mods are pinged in another channel about it
3. after interview, mod sends command to specify whether the user passes/fails, giving a named role to replace the user's gate role with
4. channel history is saved, with the option for the log to be sent to a remote fiche server. a link to it is posted in the mod channel aforementioned
5. interview channel is deleted
