Provide the display option to show the latest pinned recording for a user, including the comment. There should be a fallback display option, probably the profile view.

Some things to clarify:

• Should the comments be truncated? Maybe limit the initial height of the comment section, with option to expand. But most comments should fit, and LB also limits them to 280 characters.
• Fallback option: There should be maybe a more flexible approach of defining a fallback display. E.g. pinned recording could also fall back to latest listen card.
