Someone on IRC suggested installing elogind. I did that and now it is booting into sway.

Everything was working fine before I rebooted.

Was you booting directly to Sxmo without the xdm menu ?

No, I was booting into the graphical login prompt.

Using jumpdrive I tried to find some relevant logs.

What are the steps to get swmo up and running from an existing installation?

I cloned the sxmo-build repo and switched to the swmo branch. I had to install eudev-dev to get the libudev.h headers and I added the testing repo to /etc/apk/repositories to be able to download the light package. After doing that the sxmo_build_all.sh script ran successfully.

After restarting my pinephone I'm stuck at a log in prompt on the tty. Before restarting I did see the option to switch window managers.
