As of now, SMS messages can be sent to numbers directly or to a campaign of people. An additional argument should be added to further filter by the contact's status.

For example, if there are 3 contacts part of the "General" campaign, but you only want to send the message to the 2 also listed as "volunteer", the UI should allow for this:

holo send --campaigns General --status volunteer
