papirus-icon-theme does not put its svg icons to the scalable folder - they use for example
/usr/share/icons/Papirus/32x32/apps/tidal.svg
Creating a symlink from that file to /usr/local/share/icons/hicolor/scalable/apps/tidal.svg solves it. Is wofi looking only into scalable/? Or does it ignore svg files there?
This is probably not a wofi issue. I use glib to locate icons. I'll have to look into the glib sources to figure out what the issue is. It shouldn't be ignoring any icons as long as they're in standard places.
