I'm on a system where I use a fractional scale of 1.5, and I want my wofi to be 100% of my screen width. But it looks like width=100% just takes the fractional scale, for example 1.1, rounds it up to the nearest integer, in this case 2 and uses that as the base to calculate the width. This means a wofi with 100% width, on a scale of 1.1 only covers a bit over half the screens width.
