~sforman/thun-der#23:
Implement Joy commands (like "small").

From "An informal tutorial on Joy" by Manfred von Thun:

There is also a unary null operator, a predicate which yields the truth value true for empty aggregates and false for others. Another predicate, the small operator, yields true just in case the size is 0 or 1.

Apart from the operators which only affect the stack, there are two for explicit input and output. The get operator reads an item from the input file and pushes it onto the stack. The put operator pops an item off the stack and writes it to the screen or whatever the output file is.

So:

  • null
  • small

...and maybe some kind of get/put or other I/O?
