We sometimes receive errors with code 4470 from Bandwidth on inbound SMS (meaning they were blocked), which are shown in Insights. We need to determine if these are or can be delivered to any of our endpoints and, if not, whether it is possible and/or practical to poll these errors so we can pass them on to the intended recipient in an automated fashion (e.g. as an XMPP error). See ticket 6209661 for an example of where this came up.
Once we know this, we can turn this into a dev ticket or make a new ticket for implementation.
