Spec:

:mark-message will mark the selected message

:mark-message -i will mark the current message and any other messages you seek to, until you run it again.

These shall be bound to v and V, respectively, by default.

A ProvidesMessages interface will be grown and will return a list of messages. Commands which work on messages will be adjusted to work with a list, instead of just one message. In particular, I want :pipe to grow support for piping multiple messages in the form of an mbox.

It'd be nice to also have the ability to mark messages based on a (search) filter. Either as an option to the filter command, or with a command to 'mark all the messages currently shown'.

Also, if there is a mark, there should also be an unmark

If the UI is similar to VIM, then shouldn't that be a VggG? 1) Start visual mode 2) go to top 3) go to bottom

I'm going to take a stab at this.

Drew, how do you want to handle stuff like reply / forward etc. for multiple messages? One by one? Attach as mbox?

Just error out for now on commands which may be weird with multiple messages.
