I commonly delete a lot of email and fetch a lot of email at once. My workflow would be greatly sped up if the deletes and fetches happended as single transactions instead of multiple transactions. I confess I know nothing of the mail protocols, and this may not even be possible, but I propose to have a batch delete mode where I can make multiple changes, and all changes are carried out only when "commited" ala gdisk.
