I have a sourcehut project: https://git.sr.ht/~subsetpark/bagatto
Which takes advantage of the README hoisting to display its repo's README file in the project summary. This README is written in Markdown and sourcehut automatically renders that markdown for you.
The readme also links to a MANUAL.md in the same directory ("./MANUAL.md").
Sourcehut does two subtly different things depending on where you click that link:
Clicking from the project summary brings me to https://git.sr.ht/~subsetpark/bagatto/blob/HEAD/MANUAL.md, which is the raw markdown text of the manual.
Clicking from either the repo summary or the README file inside the repo file tree brings me to https://git.sr.ht/~subsetpark/bagatto/tree/refs/heads/master/MANUAL.md, which is the rendered version of the same file.
Since I'm clicking from the rendered markdown in both cases, I would expect it to always link to the rendered manual.
