~sircmpwn/hub.sr.ht#83: Don't allow to add the same mailing list to the project multiple times

In particular, this bug surfaces when the user uses a ML template with a project that already has some lists with the same names added. How to reproduce:

Create MLs using "{project}-announce and {project}-devel" template
Create MLs using "{project}-announce, {project}-devel, and {project}-discuss" template

The first two lists will be added to the project again, causing them to appear duplicated while in reality they're the same lists added two times.
