I see nothing unusual about this mail, so I'm guessing that this means that some part thereof is inconsistent within the database. Drew will probably be able to diagnose better, since he has the stacktraces and direct access.

Found some time to investigate this. It ended up being a segfault in libgit2:
Will close this ticket when the fix is merged & released upstream.
Fix was merged and released upstream in libgit2 v1.1.0 (2020-10-12)
