~sircmpwn/sr.ht#274:
Navigation bar moves position depending on selected menu item

On git.sr.ht, when viewing a project, the navigation bar is immediately to the right of the project name. This is true for the default "summary" and "tree" views, but then when one selects "log" the navigation bar jumps down and to the left of the screen below the project name.

It's visually jarring, and I think would be nicer if it was static. Somewhat related to the 2yr old #123.

I don't understand what you're talking about. Can you provide illustrative screenshots?

And, in the future, start by emailing ~sircmpwn/sr.ht-discuss@lists.sr.ht before you file a ticket.

Sure. It's not clear to me if I can attach images directly, so here's an imgur album: https://imgur.com/a/AR7lCYB Note how the navigation bar moves when viewing the "log" page.

Thanks for the screenshots. This is by design - the addition of the RSS button makes the navbar run out of space and it wraps. Exactly how much we can fit depends on your resolution (and the name of your repo, too).
