When creating a new ticket tracker instance, no labels exist. A new ticket will still show the
Labels field with a value of
No labels applied, but no UI for actually setting up labels or so. I can think of two ways to improve the UX here:
(1) If the user can not change the settings of the ticket tracker, either hide the
Labels field completely or adjust it to
No labels available/setup.
(2) If the user can change the settings, also include a New link after the label field. That seems useful in general without cluttering up the page too much.
