Create a new ticket with label / add label for existed ticket via email?

todo#email-access says that I can create new ticket via sending emails.

However I didn’t find in docmentation if I can send a new ticket with label / add label to existed ticket.

I love the mailist style work flow, and I also think seperating issues(tickets)/patches into different mailists really useful.

Thus I hope a “all in email” centered flow could be more feature completed.
