The actual posting style is the Interleaved style. It could be nice to add other alternatives like top posting and bottom posting.

• Add option to AccountConfig to customize the posting style: interleaved (default), top or bottom.
• Add option to customize sentence at the top of the reply, in bottom posting.
• Add option to customize headers shown in the original message of the top posting.
• Adjust templates depending on those new options.
