Fix the broken packaging - api is missing in 2023.6.18

The refactoring of the implementation requires changes to pyproject.toml.

As can be seen by fetching https://git.sr.ht/~sthagen/laskea/refs/download/v2023.6.18/laskea-2023.6.18.tar.gz and expanding the archive - there is no api package inside the laskea package "folder".
