Some users manage multiple attributes in single tickets esp. in fields relating the tickets to out of system identifiers.
A typical use case is to provide tracing information for a specific stakeholder that is not interested in or should not know of such external relations, but only her identifiers.
Instead of duplicating tickets to work around a deficiency of the underlying ticket management system to filter on such fields (within cells!) we can implement a filter based on the structured data within the responses we use in laskea to derive the text representation.
