The unfortunately named option has been renamed by the upstream project, which liitos takes into account.
But, in addition to setting \setmainfont[...]{...} now also the \setsansfont[...]{...} requires explicit setting.
Otherwise the titles may be set in say MyriadPro-Regular on some systems.
