1. open +inf TCP connections (per second)
2. join +inf channels ~(per second)~
3. ~send +inf messages per second~
4. send +inf GB of data per second, like sending '\n' +inf times
5. make +inf SASL authentication attempts ~(per second)~
6. ~send messages of +inf characters~
7. ~send messages one byte at a time~
8. receive messages one byte at a time, or set window size to 0
